I work with children, young adults, and clients of all ages who feel weighed down by anxiety, stress, or self-doubt and need a safe space to feel genuinely heard. As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, I specialize in helping you navigate life transitions, emotional struggles, trauma, and the weight of burnout or loneliness. Whether you're managing anxiety and depression, working through attachment patterns, or building coping skills for sleep difficulties and self-harm, I'm here to support you without judgment. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-focused work—all grounded in compassion and your own strengths. Together, we'll explore practical tools to steady your thoughts and feelings, uncover what's working for you, and build resilience toward greater confidence and balance.
